Cedar Ridge Estates

Cedar Ridge Estates is the now completed 133 lot subdivision of single family homes located in the oceanside community of Parksville, on Vancouver Island. In partnership with Carey Developments Ltd. and a long-term MCC donor as the project manager, the five-phased subdivision was completed over the course of seven years with the final lots selling in October 2019. This subdivision of west coast style homes has become an attractive addition to the community of Parksville, with views of Mt. Arrowsmith and within walking distance of the ocean and local amenities.

Cedar Ridge Estates Inc. was created by Hyland to manage the project, and has enabled Hyland to establish an income producing enterprise that over the last four years has contributed financially to MCC initiatives.
