About the Project
Nanaimo has emerged as one of the fastest-growing cities in Canada in recent years, with Rockwood standing out as one of its most desirable neighbourhoods, nestled amidst the tranquility and beauty of nature while remaining mere minutes away from commercial conveniences.
We've recently acquired four multifamily development sites in the Rockwood area of Nanaimo, with plans for a total of 250-300 units upon completion. Construction of the first building, comprising 75 units, is scheduled to begin in Fall 2024.
