Several years ago, the Pacific Centre for Discipleship Association (Menno Simons Centre) secured a prized acquisition: a 1-acre parcel of land strategically positioned at the entrance to UBC, among the most coveted real estate in the Lower Mainland. Recognizing the potential of this site, the PCDA sought a development partner, leading them to HyLand. HyLand, driven by a vision of fostering collaborations with organizations aligned with MCC values, eagerly embraced the opportunity.
The journey of development has been marked by challenges and intricacies, yet it has culminated in an extraordinary design characterized by cutting-edge environmental sustainability. With Groundbreaking scheduled for June 2024, this venture stands as a testament to the power of partnership and shared vision in shaping transformative projects.
