Elk Creek Estates

Elk Creek is a 7 phase, 123 lot subdivision development sitting on a mountain plateau with large building lots located in the hillsides of eastern Chilliwack.

The first five phases of this project are complete. The 6th phase is well underway with the 7th and final phase of construction beginning soon. The earlier phases have evolved into well-established family oriented neighbourhoods with a new neighborhood park built and completed this year.
