Endowment Building

Fred and Ella Strumpski created the vision, led the design, and managed construction of 33973 Gladys Avenue. The objective of the Strumpskis was to construct an industrial building on Gladys Avenue to generate a stable long-term income stream for the MCC. This building is a part of the integrated campus that is the MCC Centre, which includes MCC Thrift store, Ten Thousand Villages, the Common Place Café, and MCC Provincial offices.

The Endowment Building on Gladys Avenue was added to the portfolio of Hyland in 2020. This 40,000 sq. ft. building opened in 2016 and is located on 3.7 acres of land. Its tenants include the offices for Hyland, Wesco Distribution, Arrow Leadership and a Canada Post distribution center. The Endowment Building diversifies the Hyland portfolio with additional industrial/commercial tenants in the Fraser Valley.
