About the Project
The Briarwood Apartments were donated by Mr. Rempel to Hyland in January 2019. These two 36-unit, fully occupied three story apartment buildings, constructed in 1978, are located on the approach to the University of Northern BC. It's conveniently situated on the local bus route and a short walk to the Prince George Aquatic Centre.
Briarwood is a five acre site with a substantial amount of parking and the potential for future development.
